Abu Darda reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
‘Whoever memorizes ten verses from the beginning of Surat al-Kahf will be immune to the False Messiah.’

In another narration, the Prophet (ṣ) said: ‘From the last ten verses of Surat al-Kahf’
[Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 809]

Ten verses from the beginning or end of Surah Al-Kahf mention matters that are relevant to understanding and preparing for the tribulation of the Dajjal. It is reflection upon these meanings in the surah, not simply reciting them outwardly, that provide us with protection.
